Tsukiji Market
Il pesce è il cuore della cultura culinaria giapponese ed il suo mercato è il più grande al mondo. Nel mese di ottobre 2018 è stato chiuso quello storico di Tsukiji e trasferito poco distante al Toyosu Market, per creare una nuova realtà più asettica ed igienizzata. Intorno alla zona di Tsukiji l’atmosfera di un tempo si respira ancora, infatti si può acquistare e consumare al momento del pesce freschissimo, secondo la tradizione nipponica.

In October 2018, the historical Tsukiji was closed and moved a short distance to Toyosu Market, to create a new, more aseptic and sanitized reality. Around the area of Tsukiji the atmosphere of the past can still be breathed, in fact you can buy and consume at the time of fresh fish, according to the Japanese tradition.
